Buying Advice BX2660 for B3000HSTCC, help!

I'd say if you got a great deal on it, I'd jump on it. I personally hate dealing with private sales unless I was the one buying as I can negotiate price all I want. The bxpanded forks, you might want to put a sale on it here on TBN, you might get a better deal instead of letting it go to dealer as they wouldnt know much what to do with it if the next customer didnt want it.
A cab sounnds really nice with winter coming up. It sure would be great to get away from those deerflies- they are a PITA.

nothing wrong with upgrading if it suits your needs. 15k for your current bx setup? heck- I'd jump on it. Just be sure you add all the options and implements NOW as package as it cheaper and easier to deal with price.

Am i the only one that thinks that 32900 asking price is high? Thats exactly what i paid for my L3540htsc3 724 loader with every option except heated glass and a rear remote that I added later. That price also included a woods 72"box blade and skid steer pallet forks.

Yes, for 99% of what I do, I like the B over the BX I had. I have missed the backhoe a few times, and if I were going to just mow most of the time the BX would be better, but for my mixed yard, and woods work the B has been just great. Now I just need both.

Another option for snow is a rear blade, they are also pretty cheap and work well, as long as the snow isn't deep. If I'm spending your money, I'm trading in tommorow.

See what they offer you on a trade without the blower and then sell it seperate. Probably get more for it. Same with the forks. **** I might even be interested if you go that route.

I have to throw two cents in here, since for the first time yesterday I got to look at a B3000 on the local dealer's lot sitting directly next to a B3030. I;m surprised at how much they have cheapened them up. I had read they did away with the position control in favor of the quarter inching.... they did. But, Kubota also did away with alot of the other deluxe features. Gone are the front work lights on the cab. Gone are the extendable three point hitch arms. Gone are the telescoping side links. Gone is the ratcheting height adjustment on the right side.

I have to say to anyone looking at a B3000 at this time..... find a 'leftover' B3030 while you still can.

They make two models of the B3000, a B3000HDC and B3000HDCC, the B3000HDCC has those features you mentioned as missing.
