Not sure what the consensus is on Bxpanded lately. Purchased several attachments from them over the years without a hitch. I remember Harry immediately fixing my pallet fork problem with the different bucket configurations on the BX 25 - but that was years ago....

Recently ordered a new trencher bucket. At $309.00, it was not cheap. After waiting for almost 3 weeks with no update, I gave them a call. Was informed they were bombarded with incoming summer orders and behind schedule. I was also informed that I would get an email as to where my order was and an approximate ship date later that afternoon due to everyone being out for lunch. 2 days later, no email or contact from anyone.

Really like the attachments bxpanded sells for my small Kubota but maybe they should get back from lunch and assist customers seeing that my card was charged immediately back in April without any update on the order as promised. Most likely canceling on Monday.

I placed an order on 5/7.
Decided I would email them after placing the order asking for a ball park ship date and never got a reply.

Yeah your not the only one. I ordered the pressure check/relief valve shim kit almost 2 weeks ago. They were really quick to take my money out of the account but not even a email about shipping time.

There are quite a few threads on this. I ordered the PTB and hydraulic test kit on 4/17. Took exactly 28 days to get an email with a tracking #. I emailed several times asking about an eta with 0 response.
I would encourage everyone to just wait it out. I've never heard a bad thing about their products.
Their lack of customer service is horrendous.

Well the product did come today so that's good but the pressure gauge is broke right out of the box. It doesn't go to zero, stuck at 550psi. Now the fun part of trying to actually get ahold of somebody at that place to make it right....

Tried calling them today to try and get a price / make an order....after no replies to emails....rang then on 'hold', waiting for someone to answer, nope...left a message...no return call... Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

It would be far better if they had people answer the phone that could lie to you personally.

It's NOT easy to run a business today. Harder yet to run a profitable one.

I called this morning and got a gal on the phone. I gave her my order number and asked when it will ship.
She said maybe in 22 days. I told her anything they can do to expedite it would be appreciated.

Waiting over a month is not good.

They used to be in NC but moved the business to Knoxville,TN 2 yrs ago. I bought the Phiranna TB but live close to Knoxville so I drove and picked it up. They have to much business and not enough help, plus their shop is to small ! They do have a FaceBok page...and the complaints are there as well. with no response from them as well. If they don't realize that communication is first with the customer then this business will start to suffer when orders start dropping off !!

Wow - called again with no response. Was about to dispute with my CC when I ck my email to see that they were preparing to ship. From start to finish, this order took about a month. Still haven稚 received it so I知 giving them about month +....

I got a Piranha bar that will not fit my bucket. No response for a week

Will call tomorrow and if still nothing will dispute the charge on my CC. Very poor customer service. Too bad really. Great product but unable to run a business. If I was 10 years younger, I would buy them out and run it. Was a CEO for many years.
