I have bought most of the stuff they sell for my BX24 and never had a problem. Right now I have an item on order. Their website says they are moving their office and there will be a delay. I am being patient.

I have a PTB on order. Expecting delays due to their move. I had some issues getting in touch with someone by email when I received a busted toolbox from them, but they eventually confirmed receipt, that they thought someone had already answered me, and fixed the problem. I chalk it up to "growing pains". Lots of orders, not enough staff. Hopefully things get better after the move. I don't really understand why they don't paint their stuff orange though when they cater to the BX.

Actually the PTB looks great with the finish as provided even after three years of abuse. It sets off the teeth from the bucket. I think you will be more than happy with looks and performance! Hope your wait isn't long.

I have their bucket hooks and they are orange! :D

Ah ha! So do I, and they are orange! The ROPS toolbox mount and BH thumb though... not so much.

I still have a new OEM Orange thumb off a BX25 for sale or trade. :D

My two cents.
A slight delay in shipping or manufacturing if moving to a different location is one thing. Poor organization and planning is another.
We deal with a worldwide company that work with clients all over the world. They recently moved analytical precision equipment and their whole company to a totally different location. They at the most were down two days. And that was only a portion of the work they do. The rest of the clients saw no disruption in service.
Sure we are not in their shoes so who are we to criticize. I just compare.
To order a product today, pay for it and not receive it after two or three weeks is poor planning.
I was searching for their location to see if there were any newspaper articles mentioning their move.

I think they are a pretty small company. I don't think it's fair to compare them to someone with the logistics of a larger company... My Piranha Tooth Bar shipped exactly two weeks after I placed the order, just as promised. It's a BEAST!!! I'm so pleased with it. I just got a grapple too for tearing out a bunch of scrub oak and brush, but the PTB has been better at attacking the smaller stuff. That said, the grapple is indispensable for moving and stacking whatever the PTB rips up.

I am 75 years old and retired. I got the part I was waiting for when I last posted in this thread and now I am waiting for the ripper I ordered from them. I have so many projects going on I don't even notice when I am missing a part or tool. I just rotate to the next project where I have what I need. I build craftsman furniture, maintain 20 acres of very steep forest, modify and maintain my vehicles, log and improve my land, help my wife who is a master gardener, keep up on what's going on in my neighborhood. I have learned to keep working the problem and modifying the plan. Bxpanded has sent me good stuff when they get around to it. That works for me.

My orders most about 2 to 3 years ago were all delivered promptly with no issues. When I lost the clip for one of the BXpanded hooks they sent me a new one immediately free of charge! Great customer service in my book. Too bad it sounds like they might have some growing/moving pains.

Well, All I needed to do was comment on this subject and last night I got a notice my order has shipped.
I ordered it on the 22nd of April and it's being sent within two weeks. Just like they said.

I ordered a PTB and want to tackle some bushes and small trees on a property we purchased. You get so use to ordering items that you expect it in three days.

One of my friends was going to help install it and weld some hooks on the bucket. The loader bucket is for the B2920 so the hooks they sell probably won't fit it. Otherwise I would have ordered those too.
Because of the weather I really couldn't have used it anyway but I just wanted the choice. I'm looking forward to using it.

Here's another option for hooks.

Thanks for the option. I ordered two hooks with clasps. Now my friend won't have to help. I can do this myself.
Thanks again. You followed my lead when I mentioned the hooks. I figured someone had some options. You the Man!

Good deal. I like the ability to take them off when not needed. Good luck.

I installed new bxpanded under armor today on my BX2660 and am quite impressed with both the ease of installation and the obvious protection it will offer. It appears to be very well made.
