Then big squares would be all of that and a bag of chip plus something cool to wash it down.
I seriously can't stand small squares but nothing is easier to feed, at least for us, come winter.

He would dump em' and they would slide right in to the barn and I would have hay for a month with very little work involved on my part.A little different story now. But all in all I still need the small squares and until I get bigger equipment to move the bigger ones I will stay with it. The small squares are about the best way for me to go at this time anyway.
The cost of buying hay was eating us up so I really feel blessed to be producing our own hay now so to me all the hard work is worth saving thousands in hay expenses. There seems to always be a tradeoff in farming in one way or another if you know what I mean. Either work your butt off and pay less or work very little and pay out the butt ! :laughing:
