Not sure if this is the correct forum but, is there any factual basis for not storing fuel cans on concrete floors? I've heard it many times, but can't understand why that would be more susceptible to moisture contamination. Anyone have a truthful explanation?

Yes it will stop. BUT if I adjust the height of the can (usually up) the flow will start again. With some practice (I'm approaching 200 hrs since mid-Aug) I find that I can cause the breather mechanism to bubble continuously which seems to make it empty fasterdrtydeed said:You guys with the yellow plastic spill proof cans- does your can stop flowing? Maybe that's the problem. You did do your fuel can break-in maintenance at exactly 50 hrs didn't youdrtydeed said:Ha, I think that I have 200hrs on the fuel can alone!
