I suggested to my wife that I could build her a home of her own on the property and she could live in the new home. I would live in the old home, and we wouldn't get into any arguments about the "junk" in the garage. She wasn't amused and said that I could live in the "new" home and take my "junk" with me. Happy Thanksgiving! My apologies for being so delinquent in posting pictures. Have been busy demolishing another old house on the property to rebuild it. Here's a picture of the demo in process. I don't want to change the focus of this thread, but simply show that I'm just not ignoring you guys.

With hopefully a little slack cut, I can continue to post a few pics of the barn. But I need to set expectations that progress at this stage is slow visually, plus time is shared with the new project. That said, here's a photo of the boulder wall being extended around to the W side of the barn.

Turning to the inside, here's a photo of the basement/garage. Running plenty of gas and elec conduits under the slab to minimize the overhead runs. You can see the water line from the well on the back right, and a shelf full of leftover T&G from the roof interior. The spinkler is going compacting the sand under the slab.
