That corresponds to the numbers of additional deaths in 2020 when compared to the numbers that are predicted for a normal year.

I'll not point out you don't want to examine any data but want to discuss facts by asserting the reported number is wrong without backing it up.

I'm still not sure where the "2 weeks" came from. I do recall something about the Feds asking for 2 months, to allow doctors and scientists a chance to get ahead of the curve. At the time I stated that we never will know if a shutdown averted a worse disaster; I arill stnd behind that comment.

I do believe that we would have gotten through this BS sooner if we'd allowed Doctors and Scientists to call the shots; and let the politicians stick to the things which they usually make a mess of.
