Center drilling device

I recently saw a video on a set of tools called QuikCenter. They are used to center drill broken bolts and studs.
Searching the web gets no results. Can anyone help? I would like to buy a set or a similar one.
The QuikCenter set appeared to be well designed.

It seems like it's spelled QuikCenter. I found one available online and it was a 4 piece metric set for a little over 50 bucks. I couldn't figure out the manufacturer.

The "QuikCenter" broken bolt remover looks promising.

I came across this video its looks pretty good,comes with a Cobalt bit for hardened bolts it suggests increasing up to the tap drill size then removing the rest with pliers but after the hole is drill you could use an extractor if you're in a good mood.
