Call Amazon support - they can redirect the package back to themselves and then you can order the correct one. Or worse case, refuse delivery. But I will say Amazon is very good at these things. Not sure if you bought it directly from Amazon or not.

Not sure I speak your language, but dressing sticks are normally used to shape the wheel edge.

We call them dressing stick or jointing stone in the lumber planing business
I found a paper they buried in the box its for cleaning and exposing new grit

You won't need to clean or expose grit with a chainsaw sharpening wheel, but you will need to re-shape it periodically. Especially for wheels used to take down the depth rakers. They need to be trued back to flat periodically. The round wheels used for sharpening cutters need less touchup, but they do get out of shape after a lot of use and will need to be re-shaped.
