Are other Mobleys rebooting their selves?

I got the Mobley back up after the last episode. PC was ib the Mobley. I happened to walk by it, and notice both power on light was off as will as the signal. I came back some 10 mins later, and both lights were on. Also noted the pc had lost connection, I don't auto connect, so the lights being off did occur.

Some strange unstable stuff here.

After all the issues, the powersaver was reset to default 30 minutes. I reset.

Maybe it's stable...I hope so.

Well mine has shut down twice this afternoon and both LEDs were still green. I wish the LEDs were a little brighter but they were both lit as well as they ever are. I checked the power save setting and it is still set to no time out. Just watched a show on HULU less than 30 minutes ago and came in to my PC and no signal. As soon as I unplugged the power and plugged it back in it restarted and has signal again.

This is getting annoying. Mine keeps having to be cycled after brief periods of inactivity. Both LEDs will be lit but no data throughput is possible without unplugging and restarting the Mobley. Twice yesterday afternoon, once again this morning, and just now after I was on the internet not 15 minutes ago. Network connection on my PC will say connected but will get the little yellow triangle on the icon indicating it has a problem. Unplug the Mobley and restart it and it works fine as long as I am using it. Let it sit a while and no connection even though everything says it's connected. I verified it is the Mobley by using my cell phone and trying to open a page with wifi turned on and it will fail. As soon as I restart it all works again until I let it sit idle.

Dang thing worked without interruption all yesterday until I tried connecting the router. After that this started happening but may just be coincidence.

If I do a master reset on the Mobley will I have to go through ATT to get it back on or will it still have the same number and just need the time out reset?

Master reset will not force you to deal with AT&T. It require you to deal with any setting changes you've made.

I had 8 days stable use....then a bunch of instability. This morning it looks good, so I'm not sure the long term stability of this setup.

Thanks! That is good news it can be reset without too much trouble. The only change I have made is the time out setting.

After I restarted it this morning around 8 it has stayed connected. Turned my PC off and went to town for a while. Just returned and fired up the PC and it went on internet without any problem. Maybe it's over it's little glitch for a while. I have a couple of months to decide if I'm going to kick CL to the curb.

I did a return on the GL-AR150 router and reordered a GL-AR300M with the two external antennas for $40. Ebay gave me a paid return label for the other. Would love to get something stable that has a few hundred foot range.

Replaced shutoff valves under the kitchen sink. Went to replace kitchen faucet few weeks ago and shutoff valves leaked like crazy when i tried to shut them off. Didn't replace faucet yet, valves was enough for now.

82° but high humidity.

Oops, wrong thread. Lol
