"PLEASE LEAVE SHOES AND TIRES BY THE MAILBOX"

BTW, I have seen some impressive brick drive ways in Dallas that appear either "glazed' side up or " sealed", not sure which, but they do have some kind of sheen. I bet the brick supplier you bought from has a good idea what sealer may work on their brick though.

I agree with Dennis, of course I usually do, see your supplier...
It has been too many years since I've had a surface like that to mess with and new products are always coming out. If you could cover what is laid with something, without it causing mold, you could have it done all at once. I know they spray and or roll some of the stuff on that gives the sheen, in these parts.
I also know from experience that you can only turn a paver over once to hide
a mess and even then the color may be drastically different because of
fading. I always keep spares of stuff like this. A few years from know you will never be able to match the color or the size of what you have now.

I believe it is available in shiny or dull.
Remember anything subject to daylight environment isn't going to look like a fresh coat too long. Leaves, mower crap, spills, oil, mud, tire marks, dog and skunk pee will all have an opportunity to visit; they will just be easier to get off without staining.
Just my humble opinion, "Lookin out for the folks" as Bill would say.

UPDATE:

Section 3 is complete. It is in the shade of the big oak tree and can be used as a patio also.

Section 4 is an interesting section because it contains the drain for the circle.

I loaded the drain with pavers so it would not float when the cement was poured. I also taped the top grill and installed it so the wet cement would not bend in the drain and make the top grill impossible to install when it dried.

I poured the cement underneath and 6" on either side of the drain in one pour. The cement is 7" thick.

I put on an end cap and drilled holes in it to allow the water in and keep out the snakes out.

Section 4 - reinforcements arrive!!!!

Section 4 was started this morning with the welcomed help from Ron!

By the end of the day we had placed about 600 pavers and half of section 4 is complete. :thumbsup:
