Loader Ck2610 Weak Lifting Power

Did you try reset the quick disconnects on the hoses? Sometimes they can pop off if not seated right or something hit it.

Sometimes it will leak, sometimes it won't. There are several threads here with similar issues that ended up being the bad seated quick disconnect.

Update. Disconnected and reconnected all hoses. No change. Dug a small pond yesterday with BH and no lack of power there for its size. I知 wondering if I知 just expecting too much out of the loader. If I drive into a pile of mostly wet dirt, should it be able to curl and lift without me having to back out of it slightly??

Its normal to need to back up a little to break loose and lift/curl a compacted or wet pile of dirt.

If you are in doubt, get a pressure gauge to check the pressure. Then you can adjust if it's out of spec.

If it's not lifting the same load it used to, then something is probably wrong. Like ptsg said, your best bet is a pressure gauge and a spec sheet.

Update. The loader lockout mentioned above didn稚 really make a difference. Spoke to dealer. He suggested to make sure the loader doesn稚 settle quickly when left up for a min to rule out leak in system.
Also mentioned hydraulic fluid could have foamed at one point causing a weak lifting scenario. Seems like this is unlikely as I would think the HST would feel weak also, which it doesn稚. Same fluid right. Anyhow, if so said sometimes a filter/fluid change may fix it. I知 at 75 on this change anyway so will do it. I have Mobil 424 in it now. Thinking about trying the TSC brand, which I will ask about in a sep post. Said after that can adjust relief valve. And very least possible pump replacement, which he痴 had to replace one so far of the units he痴 sold. Hoping to tinker with it today.

Does anyone know the hydraulic flow in this model before I start adjusting pressures? It is pump, 3pt, then loader? I believe adjusting a valve upstream can alter what happens downstream and possibly cause damage?

i wouldnt replace mobile 424 with the tractor supply brand... not saying the TSC stuff is bad but the 424 is DEFINITELY better.

I think I am going to use it a little more and see. If it still feels weak I will check the pressure. Also I will most likely stick with the 424.

FWIW I had the same feeling recently. Was using my CK2510 at my BIL's project. The FEL didn't seem to have the same power. And with a heavy load it was settling. I had to hold it in lift to keep it up (no jokes please). Also the BH joysticks were getting loose. So we went directly from his project to the dealer. They pulled the cylinders on the FEL and one needs rebuilding. One of the BH valves need rebuilding too (that disappoints me as there isn't a lot of hours on the BH; maybe 200).

They also checked the pressure output and it's at spec. The BH felt weak too but I think it's because we were digging thru old compacted rocky and buried asphalt or oiled QP.
