All, I have a CK2610 HST TLB. Been good so far for the most part but now, at 150 hours it seems as though the loader has lost a lot of its lifting ability. Last complete service was done at 75 hours. Any ideas before I contact the dealer. Thanks

Do you have a single joystick on it? If so check the bolt on the underside of it. This loosened up on mine and I lost my travel which means it felt like it had no lift capability.

Yes. Single joystick. I will give that a try. Thanks

If the three point control is set to all the way up it can reduce pressure to the loader. Back it off a bit and the loader may function normally.

I normally keep it at a lower setting but I will double check this also later.

Can you clarify what you mean by lost its lifting ability? Is it raising slower? Not able to lift something it used to be able to lift?

Not able to lift things it easily used to. I have not had a chance to look at it again yet but am hoping it痴 as simple as the nut being loose as mentioned above.

Small update. Found the loader lockout lever was completely disengaged. Seemed like it might have been limited the travel of loader control lever/stick. Didn't get a chance to try it last night but hoping that does something.
Regarding the possibility of the bolt under the lever coming lose, I don't see one. The lever goes directly into the valve body for the loader control.

You have a different setup than my Kioti which has a separate lever with cables going to the actual control valve.

Update. The loader lockout mentioned above didn稚 really make a difference. Spoke to dealer. He suggested to make sure the loader doesn稚 settle quickly when left up for a min to rule out leak in system.
Also mentioned hydraulic fluid could have foamed at one point causing a weak lifting scenario. Seems like this is unlikely as I would think the HST would feel weak also, which it doesn稚. Same fluid right. Anyhow, if so said sometimes a filter/fluid change may fix it. I知 at 75 on this change anyway so will do it. I have Mobil 424 in it now. Thinking about trying the TSC brand, which I will ask about in a sep post. Said after that can adjust relief valve. And very least possible pump replacement, which he痴 had to replace one so far of the units he痴 sold. Hoping to tinker with it today.

Does anyone know the hydraulic flow in this model before I start adjusting pressures? It is pump, 3pt, then loader? I believe adjusting a valve upstream can alter what happens downstream and possibly cause damage?
