Very nice fab work on the forks.
I lucked out as well when I built mine.
I stopped by a lift truck dealer who let me scrounge through their scrap hoppers and out came a practically new set that they had replaced recently. Cost was zero.
Gotta love it.

No I didn't think about the forks sliding around when unloaded. If I have a problem with that, I'll come up with a fix for that later. Thanks for the heads up on the uprights. In these two pictures, if you look closely, the two 3-1/2" x 3/8" flat bar tabs are cut longer and welded to the side of the square tubing. Hopefully that will be strong enough. I'll keep an eye on it though.
