Thanks again to everyone for your comments. I had my annual 4th of July picnic with fireworks yesterday (Yep! on the 3rd) and am a bit exhausted, but up early and pleasantly surprised to find all your nice comments. Thank you one and all!

I need to add my name to the list of folks congratulating Jim.

Back in 2002 when I bought my first New Holland TC40D I was struggling to detach and attach the loader. I had the operators manual but it just wasn't going as slick as it should. I posted a comment on TBN how I was having trouble and Jim responded quickly with pictures and comments on how to make the job easier. It was amazing the difference it made.

Jim didn't have to go to the trouble be he did.

So thanks Jim for your contributions here. Your award is well deserved.
