Chris, I think you are right, but the "get that girl going" I need to do is to part it out on ebay or craigslist. It has some very good parts and some really lousy ones. I don't think I can justify the expense of returning it to the condition I'd like to have it. If the parts can help someone else, then it will live on in other tractors.

I have probably two years of projects after I get my shop built. Parting out the NAA will be one of the first. I essentially want to disassemble it and take photos as I do. I'll post the photos and descriptions in the Projects forum and maybe even help out some TBNers who are trying to keep their old NAAs running. I'll give TBNers first crack at the parts at very reasonable prices.

Also, thanks to David and JC for your nice comments. As I look back through the names of those who have posted to this thread, I just feel lucky to have the acquaintence of so many fine folks.

I take it.. it has had some catastrophic problem.. like blown engine or something?
