Considering a 2010 LS Farmtrac 270dtc

Found a used one for sale with 350 hours. Pictures look good, it appears to have been stored inside and i feel good about the size of it for my needs on my 2.5 acre lot in the Rocky Mountains.

My main concern is that there doesnt seem to be alot of information on these on the web and I also want to make sure parts are available with it getting older. Can any comment to these concerns? Is there anything else i should be looking for? This will be my first tractor FWIW.

I'd stop by an LS dealership for more information. LS tractors were sold as New Holland among others but you'd have to know which model crosses to what to get parts. The size is nice but with the trouble my neighbor has had getting support for his LS tractor I'd probably shop around a bit further. TractorData.com Farmtrac 270DTC tractor information
