Without a slathering of butter,, what holds the coating of salt? :licking:

Some people have "corn concoctions", which are various spices mixed and waiting in a shaker,,,
every spice you can imagine, paprika,, chili, mesquite,,,

I always had a hard time getting the red pepper flakes through the shaker's small holes!! :confused:

I don't salt my corn anymore, but enjoy a touch of fresh ground pepper with the butter...

I like to grill mine without the husks. A little charred on each side really brings the sugars out. No butter needed but to each their own.
