Takeuchi is just garbage.

That's funny.

You stick with your 8 inches of clearance, bolt on undercarraige, plastic hydraulic tank, low horse power landscaping tool, bobcat and I'll stick to a real machine.

Takeuchi has planetary final drives, designed to be a track loader not a skid steer with the wheels taken off and a track bolted on. The Takeuchi isn't even in the same class as a Boobcat. whatever your buddy did to tweaked the arms would have snapped your bobcat arm right off...Pa - leeeeeeees.

Check the size of your front idelers...the Takie crawls over rock/logs that would stop other CTLs. I can't get it stuck. The thing is a beast.

If your buying a CTL, there's only one choice.

Look at a Rayco C100 I have 4 of them on lease here in Texas. For there size (Cat,Bobcat,ASV,Takeuchi) will not out perform them.

I got a chance to check out a Lamtrac 6125 the other day. Wow!! These machines are very quality built. Grease fittings on all hinges, Swing out coolers, Awesome air tight cab, 4 cyl cummins engine, very heavy duty undercarriage. I didn't see anything that I didn't like. They are not priced out of sight like others out there.

A skid steer will never cut with a dedicated unit.

I always thought the Lamtrac machines were expensive???

New Takeuchi TL250 with cab heat & air, high flow Hyd, High ambient cooling package, reversible fan, 80" dirt bucket for $73K...good price??

Are there any major differences between the Fecon mulchers mfg in 2008, and current ones?

That's a real good price.

The newer Fecon heads have the HDT rotor which off sets the teeth. The older models teeth are all in a row.

Any idea when they went to the offset teeth? I have a price for a 2008 Fecon mulcher for $18K

Also, if you had to choose...Fecon or the Bradco 165-5?

For me, Fecon.
