Have already put in quite a few hours plowing with this setup and It does what I need. Installed a second remote in case I need to put a blower on the back. The heater is a 2 speed that blows up and down (the fan you see sucks air in)and does a perfect job of keeping things from fogging up,cab is not totally sealed up so that probably helps too.I was in the lucky position of being able to lend my tractor to my neighbor,(who is a professional boat canvas builder).to rebuild/regrade his yard and this enclosure was how he returned the favor.

Very nice! It gets a bit cold and windy up here in NH and I'm jealous!

Man, that's pretty cool!
Ask if he wants to borrow a Ranger for a little while!

I am in NH so that makes me a neighbor as well maybe he could barrow my tractor so I can get one too:D. Do you have any idea what it cost him to build it? Might turn out to be a good side buisness for him.

Yeah I hear ya Robi, seems strange to not have to wear gloves while I'm plowing.

Sorry Hosskix one of his trucks is a ranger.

Not sure what he would have to get for a job like that Rob,He's in florida for the winter, should be back in may.

20 20 I can only tell you that can't go wrong if you back burner the thing that comes up and get that enclosure. You won't regret it.

WOW, that is really nice. Would it be too much to ask to have more detailed pictures???

Is the roof a regular tractor canopy or something he fabricated, if so, out of what. What did he use for the framing? How did he attached the framing, as well as the fabric, such as to the fenders?

Sure looks professional?

Hi everyone, sorry I haven't been back in a while,It's been a little hectic here.I've been logging on ice and I'm trying to get every thing thats cut in off the ice back to my shop before it isn't retrievable any more. Here is a pic of some of the rock maple I've been getting.

That's about a third of the haul of the 12 foot sections.I have trailer loads rat holed every where around here waiting to be bucked and split.
I'll get some pics of the framing a little later but the material looks to be 1x1 square tubing that is used in awnings for buildings. The roof Is a wells ag canopy that I purchased online after hearing good reports by Bird and others. Also because it's advertised as a fops although it doesn't come with any sort of documentation stating that it is?I gave him full rein over how to do the enclosure and what to build it out of and to be honest I had a picture in my mind of an all black product so when I saw the blue on It I was shocked.I instantly liked it.I have also trailered it at 65 mph with no ill effect.Which,he told me I would be able to do because he has put the same materials on ocean going boats that do 80 mph.
well back to work for now.
