Daylight Savings Time---yes or no?

I like the longer evenings in the summer. Now if we can figure a way to adjust the amount of precipitation and temperature locally, we are all set.

What's your problem, it's not like it's been raining consistently for 5 months mainly on weekends or anything... yes, I'm over this liquid falling too... at least for now
