Deere model 46 backhoe

Hello all, I have a 2520 JD with the 46 backhoe and I am trying to find either the part name or part number for piece of the hydraulic block that allows the backhoe to swing left and right. Before I took it apart the backhoe would only swing one way and not the other. So I started tinkering... and I found the valve piece and it was in rough shape and now I just need the part to put it back in running order. The part is attached. I also need to know the order they back together in. Thank you

The part number for the elbow is AM123132. The spring & square piece do not show in the parts catalog.
Could those parts have been added later to slow the swing speed?

I am not sure if it is stock, looks like it belongs there. The initial problem was I could swing the bucket to one side without a problem but when I try to swing it back I got nothing. Here are a few pictures.
