I was recently in the same boat as you are. I don't see any reason why you should reconsider Kubota, and I bought a Kubota.

I never looked at Case, as there are no dealers close to me. Frankly, I felt the JD was a little bit more "user friendly" than the Kubota, but it was $2,000 more. I just couldn't see paying that much more for two HST pedals versus one.

It's like going back to someone you broke up with. Usually, you only discover why you left in the first place!

No, you've found some tractors you like, don't complicate the matters by going backward.

Again, enjoy your Case!

Ergonomics are very important if you are going to spend any time on a tractor and the Case is hard to beat in that category. If you like the feel of the Case then go with it. There have been a lot of complaints on various forums here about the seats on some of the Kubotas, so your preference for the "feel" of the the Case and Deere is probably related to that.

Only if the Kubota felt better under your seat. The 3 brands are good, as most things out there with proprietary dealerships. Figure out which one fits your body best, which I think you did. I ruled out Kubota because the new ones made me feel like I was sliding off the seat, especially compared to the Case and Deere.

When you're getting those prices, make sure the controls for the loader are included. Also installation of everything. Some dealers will give you a price on the loader, then add a nice amount for the controls, then add some more for installing everything. Get the bottom line price in writing before you make your decision.
