I hear you. But that is hard to do when everyone else is doing the same thing. It is a coin toss. Do you spend the time fixing the used stuff or buy newer and hope you get a few years of blissful trouble-free service. Either way you're fixing something. We bought the B3350 for the cab and horsepower. And I am pretty sure I can get it.Or just get a good condition mechanical injection tractor, with no BS emissions and computer systems to fail.
It's not even the money that comes out in the wash. It is the loading it up and getting it to the dealer. They would come out or come and get it, but then that takes longer and you're without the machine. So, with a little planning ahead we are usually faster than they are. Then it comes down to time and you hope you have it when it breaks.
