hey guys, lets all chill out here!!! afterall, we all like tractors, right?
As soundguy said, it's ok to bowout of a post if need be, i saw him do it in yanmar (sorry yanmar brother! /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif )
As far as the other stuff, lets take it offline. It's gone totally off subject from the original posters' questions and concerns. It's denegrated, if you will. I'd expect that the moderators would have stopped this, proactively and privately instead of baiting and publicly. Honestly, if you are a moderator and push around a poster, how is that helping.
From my propsective, Mike in MA (Hey man, any baby yet??!?) is a very factual numbers kinda engineer. I can appreciate that. cowboydoc (for lack of another person), states a lot of stuff about performance and numbers etc but most of that is not transferrable to the average tractor users, right? How many of us own combines? In my little setup of a 16 - 20 HP tractors, in wet areas, how does your usage without data matter to me?!?
Anyway guys, again, we have gone astray(SP?).
Jim, is delo400 good for you? don' t think so. I lived in Northfield VT for 4+ years (guess where my eng degree is from, $5bux for ya) and it gets matha good cold there. I'd do 15w-40 with synthetic and 10w-30 reg and all with block heater. I remember spitting in the cold in VT and having it freeze before hitting the ground, now that's darn right cold!!! Note: no data here, just real world experience!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Alright, lets be friendS!!!! bye now -art
