Your American congressmen are allowed to take campaign funds from companies, which makes them corruptable. Here in Holland they divide 10 minutes of TV time per day per party at elections... Nobody gets any advantage of getting payd by special interest groups...
...however you guys have the benefit of having less bureaucrats inbetween a whole host of other services...

When you have a government that overspends by as much as our government does it makes sources of income hard to alter. Diesel is taxed to fund repairs needed because of heavy truck traffic. It's extremely unlikely that our government will ever carve out an exception for cars or light trucks. Because of this diesel vehicles are unlikely to catch on as well as they could.

dont know, 10 to 15. It allways takes negotiation between parties to assemble a coalition, which in itself isnt a bad thing. We even have "party for the animals" !! The woman gets a parliament chair because she looks good, but shes too pre-occupied with her ideals to do any real politics on other topics...

Will it have a diesel or a computer?
I always wanted a truck with a plain jane diesel. Something that doesn't even require any electrical system if you remember to park on a hill.
I'm a bit soured with my Duramax, and miss my two Dakotas. Heard rumours of a Diesel coming there too. That, I might be interested in, although I'm sure it too would be a Diesel only to the extent that it still uses that kind of fuel.
Would be nice to have some Tier 0, Kubota or Yanmar Diesel in a Dakota.
When you consider the price of Service, malfunctions, that Euria (sp?) fluid and all the complexity, I am amazed that fuel efficiency is even a topic of conversation. Give me something that blackens the sky, uses modest amounts of fuel, but is bulletproof and goes for a million miles, and that's what I want!
