DIY Mechanical Self leveling loader

/ DIY Mechanical Self leveling loader #31
The only reason this works on a telehandler is because both axles pivot. If you tried the same on a tractor with the rigid rear axle, all you would do is pick up one of the front tires. If you did this with a loaded bucket up high, you will tip over.

It's not that feature that I'm talking about. I know the entire telehandler can tilt left and right and be level.

What I was saying is about the actual fork attachment.

After reading all the posts it seams like half of you are talking about keeping the forks level when lifting a load and the other half are talking about leveling the forks to the ground to pick up a pallet that's on a different plane side to side than the rear axle. My 580K has a front to back leveler that's mechanical. It pushes against the loader's lever as it's raised. I think this would be a much easier way to go. As for side to side, if you have a quick attach set up making one seams like it would be pretty easy. Also, since side to side is really only needed for forks, you could make it so it wasn't part of the loader but attached to the forks.

Or buy one that can be used with any SSQA attachment:

I have not needed it for the forks, just the land plane, box blade and bucket:
