I confess ram is the truck I know least about. Is the crew cab in the full size bed configuration the same size as the 5.5' bed configuration? I thought the cab was a little smaller when you went with a full size bed as with the toyota access cab? I really like the bed with built in storage on the ram.

Prior to 2013 the cab was smaller with the 6'5 bed but 2013 and newer you can get the large 4 door cab and the 6'5 bed in the half tons. 3/4 ton and 1 ton you can get a mega cab and a 6'5 bed or the large 4 door and up to an 8' bed.

I just bought a 2016 C&C with the large 4 door crew cab and my flat dump bed is 9'6" useable floor.
