We used to run a 17 mile link across state lines to avoid tariffs. It helped that we had free access half way up a 1500 foot tower on one end. :laughing:
How about 237 miles? It is all about antenna gain and path loss and good equipment.

They are unlikely to work over that distance. I found them to be less than perfect at less than a fifth of the distance he's talking about. Given the distance I doubt the house and barn are on the same transformer.Use power line ethernet with wifi on the barn end for the camera

I don't know if hardwired cameras are cheaper. Then you could use just power line bridge without wifi and plug the camera directly to the bridge.
