Loader DS3510 3rd funtion Kit

Finally took pictures of my 3rd function kit installation. Not too bad an installation. Kioti DS3510 with KL352 loader. I think I will make a metallic
guard for the setup. Unable to install inside loader arms for protection, No space available. Switch on handle on side where easy to activate with thumb.

The grapple is the one I got at the local equipment auction last week at Rogers, Ohio. Got a 42" pallet fork also at same auction.

Where did you get the valve?
Is there a way to put 90's on the top hoses to lower them from getting caught on things?

I got the 3rd function kit from Everything Attachments.

As for the 90's, yes I could put them on, but with all the running arround I did to get the parts I did end up with, I decided to get it together and try it out.
I will be looking for the 90's today. The DS3510 and the KL352 are all 3/8 fittings and TSC only carries 1 or 2 male/female kits per store. I ended going to 4 stores to get enough kits for everything and forgot about the 90's.

Of course, you don't expect me to get it to where I couldn't try it out?

I did modify the upper hoses. Got the 90 degree put on the fittings. Drops the hoses a lot and can use less steel for the guard I am designing to protect the valve since it is outside the vertical FEL mount post.

Looks good. Wondering if you put the 90's on the valve and pointed the QA's toward the seat/wheel if you might be able to get everything lower still without having to build a high shield to protect everything. You might have to add another pair of 90's to accomplish this, but it might be safer for the hoses/valve/QA's.

I would try but all the fittings at the valve itself are straight thread and have O-Rings for sealing on them.could put the 90 itself on the valve fittings, but, did not want to mess with those fittings if I could help it. I am an Aircraft Maint. Tech. and mess with O-Rings and they can get nicked, cut, damaged just looking at them it seems. Then they leak. So, I don't want to pull them to get fittings on..

The diverter or bypass valve works very well with snowplows if you hit a rock or something when angled. lets fluid bypass between actuators to avoid damage.

What I installed is a 3rd function valve to operate grapples, FEL plow/blade actuators and the like. Requires electrical power and has wires running to the joystick handle switch (supplied) and also to a permanet hot wire attach.

I am going to make a snow plow QA out of my Dearborn snow plow. And then I will be making it hydraulicaly adjustable. (add actuators) So, I think I may want to buy a bypass valve real soon.

Wow! There are a lot of different things running around in this thread and there may be a lot of confusion going on. A "3rd function" FEL kit is normally a electric diverter valve operated by a button on the joystick to give a third function to the normal lift and curl functions of the FEL. A "rear remote" kit can do the same thing if you run hoses all the way up to the loader and use the remote lever instead of a button on the joystick. This rear remote can also be used for any function on the 3PH by disconnecting hoses to the loader and attaching them to something on the 3PH like a hydraulic toplink. This is the kind of kit that holtzacres is talking about.

jjbath, is talking about a rear remote kit on a TC35 which is a whole different class of tractor from the TC30 the OP originally asked about. jjbath, if you check at Messicks.com, I think you will find the cost of the first rear remote kit for your tractor is about $550. You can add two more for a total of 3 remotes, and #2 and #3 are a little less than the first one. I haven't checked, but that is fairly close to the right price. If you don't know how to check, I'll try to assist you.
