I am checking out box blades from Everything Attachments... The "Xtreme Duty Compact Tractor Box Blade," states that it is for tractors around 35hp. I have a Kioti DK40se with 41hp. Should I get the "XTreme Duty Box Blade For Utility Tractors With 30-70 HP," instead? Does anyone have a DK40se with any EA products? I am looking at landscape rakes too.
I don't know if this helps, but I just ordered the 72" XTreme Duty Box Blade For Utility Tractors With 30-70 HP for my 52 hp Kubota. I also have the 72" EA landscape rake that I was just using today, and I love it. My experience with EA implements has been very positive, and find them to be much better than most name brands out there. I think you will be happy with this box blade.
I have a 78" EA box blade on my DK40se, only have about 15 hrs on it, so far it has worked great. I don't remember which version I have and I won't be able to check until Friday. I put a level on it to help me with grading of our road, T-N-T really helps being able to fine tune the leveling on the fly. The only change I would like to see is a little more distance between the frame that holds the scarifiers and the back plate that mounts the cutting edge. When cutting level all is fine, but when I cut at a angle to put a crown on the road, dirt gets jammed between frame and the back plate and doesn't flow well to the other side. I have also had a few occasions where I wish the BB was a little heavier to dig in better, just means I have to take another pass. For the value.. the EA BB is hard to beat.
