I have been nominated...ALLRIGHTYTHEN...

..BuT I will keepp this short for few if any can stand up to the likes of
some of the pros' herein who produce off the hook incredibly good products.

What I have done on this list was done for fun. There is no monitary initiative
or prizes to go after, it was all done just for fun and it is and was fun.
Still all outcomes are required to be serious machines. Case and point,
I am betting my life on my roll cage. IT WILL WORK.

If one were to simply recount last months MOTM article one will
see much of my "fun".

So long as the implement is sized for my BX25 and something I could use it
would be doubly fun and I would enjoy documenting the build herein as
I have in the past. Actually what I have done in the past was good practice
for something like this where a good man's business depends on quality imput.

PS ( I still say there should be at least two "winners". One winner each in small and large implements
and 4 Shorts DEFINATELY needs to get the latter. But give him something w/ a
few hundred ill fitting parts so I have 1/2 a chance at equating him if I win small!
HA! Thatill slow him down! :D )

I have a BX25 and I own these implements / accessories;

FEL GRAPPLE
60" REAR BLADE
48" ROTOTILLER
BEARCAT CHIPPER SHREADDER
FRONT AND REAR 2" RECEIVERS

I would like perhaps a;

BOX BLADE W/ RIPPERS
ONE BOTTOM PLOW W/ COULTER AND DEPTH WHEEL
CULTIVATOR
GARDEN BEDDER COMBO
FLAIL (Boy do I want a flail!)
48" ROTARY MOWER
POST HOLE DIGGER
DISC HARROW
GARDEN BEDDER

I have 'guy with welding equipment' welding skills which I think represents the intended market for implements in kit form. Miller Vintage 200amp MIG welder, Hypertherm plasma cutter, horizontal metal cutting bandsaw, small lathe, small milling machine, misc. grinders, etc. Having an old tractor some things, like a quick attach for the bucket, simply are not available so I have had to design and build my own.

Where I generally struggle in a project is being able to make round corners, 'pretty' straight cuts etc. which help a project look 'factory'. I don't own a sand blaster so some of my projects go unpainted due to the time it would take to prep them with a wire wheel. I also live in 'big tractor' country so small implements are not available very often on the used market and shipping can be prohibitively expensive for new items.

I am interested in 'kit form' implements so I could have the fit and finish of a commercial product but at a cost lower than buying new locally or having something shipped in. I have the skills to assemble and finish the product without being so skilled or equipped that I could just as well build it from scratch and have it look the same as a 'factory' product. I believe this is the intended market for kit-form implements and thus I represent the target consumer.

Here are the projects I have done and posted over the years:

New Builds:
Depth adjustable middlebuster subsoiler

Smaller backhoe bucket

WOW, great thread, regardless of the outcome. I realize I am pretty late for the party, but I am throwing my hat in the ring just for fun. It is an interesting coincidence that I just started a job doing this same work. Well almost. We take delivery on complete computer servers, unpack and set them up to the included instructions, even adding features and changing configs, all the while we are critiquing the completeness and accuracy of the included configurations and features, the documentation itself, the shipping materials, latching, fit and finish, everything we can. It may turn out to be a very good fit for me.
Anyway, I would volunteer to test the first kit. For references I suggest you look at:

Haven't heard back on the TBN poll, so lets try the Doodle Poll.

Make sure you put your TBN username into the "Your Name" field or it WILL NOT BE COUNTED

Let the voting begin: Doodle: Everything Attachments "assemble your own attachment" contest

Anyone have a problem with keeping the end date as the 14th as was planned? Should I move it out being as the poll start was delayed?

Thanks

I dont have a problem with it being the 14th.

Anychance you can make it so we can see a running tally of the votes without showing who voted for who?? I would like to kinda see how things are going. But if you (or EA) want to keep that under wraps, I understand as well.

PS to those who havent voted yet, in only shows about half of the names, there is an accordian looking thing that you can click on and then scroll to the right and it will show everyone then.

PPS, I dont think I seen a difinitive confirmation of weather my vote went through or not either??

It's an all or nothing deal. I can show who voted for who and who has the most votes, or I can hide everything.

Good point.

It did go through (I get an email everytime someone votes).
