F250 motor swap, 7.3 diesel

What's next? The normal "its been sitting for 2 years" maintenance, put a gooseneck hitch in it if I can get one from my FIL, clean the barn up from the mess left from this project, pull the heads off the old motor and do an autopsy, get my dually cleaned up and sold, find and buy a crew cab and add an extended cab section to the back of it... Should I keep going ?

Yup, 6 doors is the same work... But I have access to a cutable ext cab on hand, and mostly just like the 'extended crew short bed' look. Wheelbase will be the same as crew cab cab n chassis with 9' bed...

If you know of someone selling one, let me know. Minor body damage is ok, I just can't find things without rust around here. I'd be willing to trade my dually, or when it sells, have cash.

My neighbor has a crew cab Texas truck. Rust free but was converted from a dullie to single and smashed box. Asking around 7k in michigan
