FEL Joystick on my new M5040

I just purchased a M5040 with FEL. The Joystick on the FEL is very stiff and at times is very difficult to operate. It seems the biggest issue is when you try to push it forward to lower the FEL. Is this common on a new tractor or should I be concerned? When they delivered the tractor the dealer noticed how stiff it was but said it would work itself out. I have been doing a lot on FEL work and have not seen any improvement.
Any insight would be beneficial.....

I just had to repair the rod for my shifter to go from creep to high range. So I had the panel off and you might want to look inside there. There's alot of hoses that could be rubbing against the lever linkage.
