Beg , borrow , rent a demo saw and cut it up and pull it off .
Looks like a simple snip, snip, snip until you can separate it from the tree. I was expecting a much larger problem.
Agreed it looks like a simple job - this one photo looks like 15 minutes job with that fence plier. You might need a prybar to get the wires away from the tree to get the fence plier in there. Understood that pics may not show it all, but an angle grinder with a $4 abrasive cutoff blade would have that tree liberated in 5 minutes, not even scratch the bark. You can get an angle grinder at Harbor freight for $20 and the cutoff blades too.
