Thanks guys I appreciate the nice comments /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Mikim, I think the red just looks better than white on the blue and I think the cold war is over hopefully.

Haveblue, I don't know the cost, I didn't keep track.
The bearings are the cheap (10.49) sealed ones from Agri-Supply.
I forgot that I welded the lower arm brackets with my Hobart stick and I am pretty sure I got good penetration, I just didn't have the means to bend up 3/8" plate to my liking.
I thought about gussets but it works so far.

Homebrew2, It's a Rodney Carrington koozie, I like it too /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif
