First time using a rear blade, man I really suck!

Oosik mentioned a Land Plane. I don't have one but think it would be nice to have if you had a long driveway to maintain. Check out the 2 videos from Dual Edge Land Leveler Land Plane Utility Grader. You may have to scroll the page down to see them. Also check YouTube for other videos.

Rear gauge wheels will turn it into a different implement.
Yes, it will!

I also have a scraper on my bucket,

Go light so you maintain traction, and put both bucket and blade down, no float and cut small amounts. I also have a heavy enough tractor to back drag before final grade.

I have a LPGS. While great for maintaining road surface once its set, it does not crown the road.

When I set the 3PH in float, it ends up flat instead of tilted even with a tilt on the blade.

Getting there. Still have lines of material in the center and at the edges

Take off scraper blade, install box blade, be done with it. Scraper blade = wrong implement.

Can't move material laterally and crown with the box blade

For the little lines of material after everything else is about perfect, just a slight tilt down of the bucket and backdragging with it in float. Levels it right out

The second set of pictures look pretty good! When I had a gravel driveway I learned real quick that gauge wheels make a huge difference. I used a 7 land pride rake with gauge wheels, and it was a one or two pass job.

If I could find one for my blade i'd order it in a heartbeat

Back blade is tough, it took me a few weeks of nearly daily work to get my dirt work ok. I think you may be a little hard on yourself, the pics look like your doing fine!
I also like to pull the blade around backward, it does make it look better.
Keep at it, it's like Sheetrock, you don't get good at till the end of the job.
Here's what I learned on, it was a steep learning curve.
