I am very familiar with the mechanics of the dual cylinder swing, but what I am thinking is happening as the pushing cylinder overcenters the post, it is leaking by and the pulling cylinder that is getting crossover oil is getting very little pressure. Also, the pulling cylinder has more leverage at this point, but less surface area being it is using the rod side of the cylinder.
This doesn’t completely answer the problem though as the swing should operate normally the opposite way.
