Fox or Coyote

Took these pics last summer and one day had showed them to my boss at work He insisted it was a coyote and I say its a grey fox! So I figure wheres the best place for another opinion or two...or 3 or 4 lol! Why on TBN of course!

It's definitely not a grey fox.

With a fox, the proportion of the tail is much larger relative to the body. In addition, a fox is a lot smaller than a coyote. That is definitely a coyote.

Yes, note how the tail is hanging down onto the ground and its size and diameter relative to the body. Now compare to the OP's picture.
