Gas Grill For $1

One of my friends has a house at the beach.
A few times a year, he invites a couple of us to spend a long weekend and go flounder gigging and fishing.
He has a 20 ft bow rider and a 14 ft jonboat that we use.
He never charges us anything to stay.
We have to force him to let us pay for food and supplies.
Being how things rust at the coast, his old charcoal grill was shot. I mean rusted to high heavens!
Anyway, I offered to give him my old gas grill.
I bought a new CharBroil a few months back and I have no use for the old grill.
There is nothing wrong with it. As a matter of fact, I had just put a new burner, grates, and flash tent on it.
He insisted on paying for the grill, so I charged him $1.
Yep, one dollar.
Now, when I go back, we can have surf and turf!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Now that he paid you for the grille, you have to do warranty repairs for the next 5 years at minimum. Many of the new grilles being sold come with a lifetime guaranty. Don't know who's lifetime, but that it what the sign said. I doubt that the company that manufactured it will be around that long! Possibly not even long enough for my lifetime. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
