If I can ever save up the money, I'd like a PTO generator for my Kubota. So I agree, a generator section would be nice. Now, portable, stationary, pto, automatic backup, what kind of generator? All I assume.

About 11 months back, I started a thread - Your Last Generator Maintenance Run.

Many people are interested in generators (all types), and their maintenance issues. Strong interest and participation. Probably even more so, after how this Winter has progressed here.

That was a good thread. I only read it recently, as I don't look at the fuels and oil forum.

As I disclosed , part of why I started that was to compensate for gaps in running my own. Figured what the hay, if all it does is help me with that, and one or 2 other folks, it was worthwhile.

Generators are funny in that as distinct from most other power products, we don't need them that often, but when we do, we really need them to be at 100%, NOW. So, yeah, that thread did resonate with many folks. Interesting to read about all the different setups and approaches.

When I started it, I think oil changes was on my mind, so I headed to the Oil, Fuels, Lubricants section....
