Ugh - that is so gross. Some people may be offended, but I hope these creeps OD on their new mattresses.

But until they do, they just found a new place to dump their crap. If it were me, a call to the local cops and a well placed trail cam would be my first actions.

This is certainly true. I'd be mad too, but you have to get it cleaned up fast or other meatheads will dump there.

People are lazy. Why drive 30 miles when your driveway was so much closer? Or perhaps it blew off their truck on the way past, and they didn’t know where it happened.

We pay just over $200pa just to drop our rubbish off, the night dumpers drop off truck and 4WD tyres that cost $20-35 each to be dumped which very expensive considering they sell them to recyclers.

Ask to check nearby convenient store or other business parking lot cameras. Tell them you’re an investigator investigating a crime (You are). Look official and have a portable printing press that makes business cards to hand out. I might be watching too many episodes of Rockford Files this winter.

Can't do it with a mattress, but when I see a bag of trash dumped out here I take pictures to document and then I get out my gloves and root through it to see if I can find a name and address. It's amazing but these morons usually put their mail in the garbage they are dumping. If I find anything I then call the state police who are nice enough to take the evidence and mail the offenders a ticket/summons for littering. Up to $350 for the first offense in this state.

Yep, but if a person thinks about it a person does this, they are not the brightest light.

Get a dumpster or drive to township and use township dumpsters. I only burn paper products if needed.
