Drew, looks like a very Merry Christmas for everybody!

Had a good day today, been having a sinus infection again. Made it hard to sleep. But I started working in the barn this afternoon, got a massive amount done. I need to build a movable cart for my chainsaw stuff, and the winch. I have a HF winch, 10K, that I bought about 12 years ago. I have it on a receiver mount, and it weighs quite a bit. I like to make things movable, and put it at a height that isn't down around my toes. Tomorrow, I get to do some more there, then do some stuff at the wife's shop. This warm weather is great!!

Good morning. It was a surprise this morning to wake up of our own accord, without a five year old bounding into our bedroom at 6 o'clock, as usually happens when our grandson stays. The running around yesterday, full of excitement and anticipation of Christmas must have tired him out, possibly helped by heaving bundles of hay to feed the sheep.

Only 2 more sleeps to Christmas...

66 warm degrees going up to 74 today in rain all day, over an inch predicted. Glad I got all my stone spread yesterday.
My dentist is on vacation all week, not unreasonable but a crown he installed is now very unhappy, my cheek all swollen up and I'm trying to decide whether to wait or go see another dentist cold. The latter alternative when either a new crown or root canal is needed is not attractive, since I'm not going back to this dentist.
I would have thought the dentist's answering machine would have offered another doctor for emergencies. My old one did, not this one apparently.lf it doesn't get any worse, some Anbesol and chewing on the other side is the plan. I have an idea though this may not get better... In the old days they'd just yank the tooth out. Now they want reconstructive work costing over a thousand a tooth. My dentist drives a nice car...

on to a better topic, hopefully a day to get caught up on inside projects. going to be so warm the next few days, hard to believe I'm likely to have to put the a/c back on.

56 this morning rain and lots of it three inches or more flash flooding possible high of 67. Trees are starting to bud forsythia blooming wow spring is coming in December. Seasons are all messed up.

Drew border is a good way to solve your issues with edges and pavers work wonders. Another solution but had to be done prior to paving use a product called Perfect Circle metal edging 2inches tall that keeps edges from separating
