Don't make those type of jokes! EVER, had a friend lose her job over something she said about her boss on the Internet while at her office computer! Today they were talking about the housing market recovery and pricing going up slightly, good or better news for those trying to sell their homes.

Roy, hope you report your RE person to the responsible broker and ethics board. As for a Home Inspection, you might consider getting your own and be there during the inspection. Make that inspection part of the sale.

I agree with BigIslandDave (sodamo) 100%. PLEASE report that Realtor to her broker AND to the PA ethics or official administration board.

The good news is that at the moment at least she is NOT getting paid because the deal fell through.

Her behavior is WAY out of line.

Weather has been odd last few days. Forecast to be cold at night, but it does not happen, stays above freezing often.

Yesterday it was warm right up to sun rise, and then it cleared and got COLD fast, flash freezing dew on the grass, and my wipers to the windshield on my truck...

Weird... Where is winter?

Good Morning! 33˚ and mostly clear skies. Getting up to 59˚. Warmer further south so Ron can explore Texas today. This is a long cold spell for us with 2 weeks of temps in the 30's in the morning. Much need soaking rains are supposed to hit the next two days. I'd need to find another post oak tree that has fallen from the drought to replenish my supply. I have so many that I can pick just the ones that have fallen over, have been dead a year, and limbs that don't need splitting.
