52 going to 66, and just finished getting an unexpected hard rain. Happy November and clock change day.
Glad I got leaves mulched in the front yard with the mower yesterday...was trying to beat tonight's rain and not mow on Sunday.
Also cut probably 200 pine tree saplings and sprouts growing in a pasture. Used the blade on the string trimmer, just seems the bush hog doesn't cut all of them close enough to the ground to keep the lowest branches from growing back into a little pine shrub. I guess I could lower the bush hog, but there are some dips and rises on the hill so I fear bottoming it out. Now that the grass has browned, it was easy to find the pines, and a few oaks, cherries and gums.
