Good morning all. Another morning of being woken up by rain on the roof, followed soon after by a knock on the front door. When I opened it, stood there was a delivery driver, patiently waiting under a mini waterfall. I apologised for him getting wet and explained the gutter had been bent by snow (again). He held out a soggy cardboard box, thought the contents should fine - Camlock water hose fittings I ordered late yesterday afternoon.

It's Friday the 13th and I hope this aptly numbered lamb can stay out of trouble today. I found it trying to inspect the wood store, where it had got it's head stuck in an impossibly small gap.




Ed, hope you're feeling better today. I thought of you when we watched a program about a gentleman call Grinling Gibbons. I hadn't heard of him before, however some of the things he carved were absolutely stunning. If you some spare time, you could have a look at this before you go and sharpen your chisel.

WOW, Gibbons, unlike me is an artist. I am a craftsman, or at least trying to be. Thanks for the videos, will watch. Ed

50 going up to 80 today, spending the morning at Garden Club, then this afternoon
after cleaning ladies leave, I can get back to gardening.

Eric, are sheep inquisitive, dumb or both?

Kyle, before I bought the Outback I wanted to buy the Audi but the safety tech was still old gen. New model, now same safety features
as Subaru, and a somewhat larger, quieter more comfortable interior. I want to drive cross country with this next car and it has to be comfortable for me for long distance of course, and the seat in the Outback doesn't fit me that well. Everything else is perfect, would sell the car to family or friends which means I trust it. And it is a good enough car that I'm in no hurry to change until I get the right deal on the next one.

LS, Might be a good time for a trip to the library and find some good books. Might pass the time. Prayers sent.

Drinking first cup of coffee. 41° with mostly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 55° with some rain in afternoon. Temperature got to 74° yesterday. With lots of wind. No tree trimming at neighbors. He is going away for a week so no work on that until he returns. Got garden pond cleaned up. Off to PT then some more work on garden pond. May get pump and filters put in and running. Looking at weather forcast I may finally put snow shovels away.

Yesterday was another of them sad days. My friends wife called to say Dave had passed earlier in the day. Another Lung Cancer patient.

Kyle, glad kids are doing good in school. :thumbsup:
