This is my first attempt at using it so be kind ( LA723 w/HD bucket).

I tried to attach the .skp file but TBN does not allow it.

That's probably a good thing, for I doubt many people would have software installed on their machine to read a .skp file anyway.

Looks very interesting.... cool drawing example you did... I've downloaded, installed. It has a 15 minute tutorial.. looks extremely handy. Am glad to know about it. I could have used it about 1 hr ago for a simple sketch I had to do by hand.

Now that's just what I have been looking for. I installed it and in an hour could do working sketches.

Sketch up is absolutely the coolest thing out there.

My company started using it a couple of months ago before they made a free version and I was bumming that it was $500. I'm so glad they decided to release the free version so I can use it for my own projects.

One thing I'm bummed about is the free version doesn't include the Sandbox tools which allow you to model landscaping terrain in 3D all from a simple contour plot.

Also note there are several very good video tutorials on their web site.
