Wow, what a deal! Why can't I find those? 
I don't know what your tractor/loader/backhoe will weigh. I am assuming it is far below the GVW of the trailer because I don't think your truck is rated for anywhere near that weight. Even one ton duallies aren't rated for a 21,000# trailer.
Depending on what your truck can handle over the rear axle, you might want to move the tractor back some to get a better balance. If you have any questions as to your truck's ability to carry the load, it would be worth getting the weight checked on your rear axle at a weigh station. You don't want to have a tire blow out while towing something like that.
Make sure you have the brakes checked over.
I was bringing home a rental mini excavator this afternoon and some jerk (to put it mildly) pulled out in front of me in a 55 mph zone. I had to stand on the brakes.
