I do not believe in gun control. It has not worked down under! I lived in West Virginia and one thing that the great people of that state owned was at least one firearm if not more. You had to be brain dead to be a burglar in the state.

The first Question a D. A. will ask the victim is how did he know the suspect?


That is also my first question since he was released so quickly. Was there a problem with positive identification?

Did he personally know the shooter?


Did the police bring the suspect back to the scene to be identified by DoubleOrange?

Was there a line-up?

There is a lesson to be learned here about law.

I own several firearms. I never fear them. What I do fear--movements like the Khmer Rouge. Groups acting as legitimate governments manage to murder people in the millions. It will happen again. People forget history. They look for a protector. The protector kills them. I will take my chance with thugs. I had rather not leave to chance dealing with jackboots in the middle of the night.

Big cities are full of liberals that don't know guns from deer guts. But they sure want gun control, guns off the streets, guns out of the hands of all, guns are just too dangerous, nobody should have them but the government! That is until a serial criminal pops up. Then what happens? That's right, every hand gun legally for sale is snapped up by scared liberals. Happens every time, then after the bad guy is caught, they go back to the same old song and dance. Except they have a gun in the house and don't know how to use, store or operate said gun and are too ashamed or fearful of it to teach their kids about gun safety so a tragedy happens and it's the fault of the gun.

Hypocrites.

I just wish Double O had been packing when the ambush occured... pretty sure a Marine would know which end goes bang.

My Question for the anti gun people how many volunteered to go to in the service to protect our country.
I'm not a vet my father was and my son is but I know quite a few others and only onethat i know isn't pro gun ownership.

Michael Nutter seems to want to remove the hand guns in Philadelphia I'm sure that will help the crime problem there (NOT)

My take is Double Orange had visited this site at least once maybe several times and saw the creeps picture on there prior to being ambushed by this guy so naturally agent orange would recognize the jerk during the confrontation.

Such sites are public information and are accessible to anyone with a computer.

We have such a site here and I'm sure if I viewed it today and viewed some guys picture on it today and had a confrontation with him later I'd know who attacked me.
