I just went through an ordeal with titan and long story short all of their HD grapples are machined wrong and it will not fit John Deere attachment style. They got a bad batch . I had to send mine back as it was off about an eighth of an inch. So after a week of poor service/response (told it shipped 3x) they are refunding the order. Now I’m in a bind.

I have a JD 4720 and want to clear timber/logs/brush. Not huge projects but want quality too. Any recommendations?

Thanks farmeratheart!

THE Ultimate root rake grapple for the 4720 is our 400 pound, 60" Wicked Root Rake Grapple. When you receive this grapple, you will be SO glad you had problems with Titan.

#1 Because your tractor will shine with the properly sized/weighted grapple. Our Wicked rake style grapples are composed of the strongest combination of materials used in the industry; AR450 Steel and DOM tubing, so rigidity and durability isn't sacrificed. You will have a highly functional, USA Made work of art which is built with pride in our NC factory. In addition to the product, you will receive the best customer service before and after you join the EA Family.

Yeah, this is a Kubota, but it really shows off the Wicked 66's mean, rigid, NASTY lid.

#2 Because the heavy chinese titan grapple would've looked like this and killed your tractor's lifting ability and agility.

If I was looking (it is on my wish list!) I would seriously look at Everything Attachments...

Oh, and since it's on your wish list....

The Wicked 60's 200 pound little bro, our Wicked 55, has been the most popular for tractors like yours!

I've been doing a lot of research myself & just bought an EA 66" dual lid Wicked Root grapple from Travis at EA yesterday. Not cheap but they're top notch & I'm willing to pay for quality. So looking fwd. to it!

Did you mean the 60"? FYI your description doesn't match the item. The item links to the 60" but description says 66". I know some web dev...maybe we can work out a deal ;) haha. These look very nice for sure. Any real difference with the 60 vs 55, which components used? I mean smaller obviously, but what about the thickness of things and such?

Thanks farmeratheart!

Yeah, I meant 60. I'm usually doing at least three things at a time during the day, so I screw up a number every now and then.

The 66", at 660 pounds, is too heavy for your machine and the 55, at just over 200, is too light. 400 pound Wicked 60 is goldilocks.
If you go to the Wicked Grapple Page and click the different models , you'll see many specific differences, pics and videos, but the skinny is..
55 is 1/4" AR450 and DOM tubing.
60 is 3/8" AR450 and DOM tubing.
66 is 1/2" AR450 and DOM tubing.

What are the cost associated with shipping to Canada? Or do you have a Canadian sales office?

We can ship to Canada, but do not have the ability to calculate any fees, tax, brokerage, etc that Canada may charge you.
I can calculate shipping if you let me know the exact product(s) you’re looking at along with your postal code.

You're welcome to send the request to sales@everythingattachments.com and I'll reply promptly.

Travis,

Since you're in the thread anyway, 60" or 66" for a L3560 with LA805?

If you like the Original long bottom Wicked, the 60 will be a little more maneuverable, but the 66 is also really popular. This "Which Grapple?" thread I started should also be helpful to ya!

If you prefer the longer bottom single lid Wicked model, I also like 60" wide.

Hi Travis,

You already suggested the Single Lid Root Grapple for me in an Email several weeks ago. Pretty well set on that model, painted green, just not sure 54" or 60" . . . to extend beyond my 4052R front wheels. Just waiting for my tractor to be delivered and then I'll know.

At least I'm consistent!

I have some pics that may be helpful to you. This is a 60" Dual Lid Wicked on a 4052M. The grapple body is the same as the single lid!

Cool story...The guy who owned the 4052M just traded it with the grapple for a 4066R. I'll use his words from the EA Channel Group to tell the story:

When he dropped it off at the dealership.
"Travis EA sad to see her go. I did a light satin coat before i sold it but it looked new!!!! The teeth were a bit worn down and i had a line bust, but honestly this Grapple was problem free since the day i bought it. I tell EVERYBODY about it. I'm not kidding you. I probably made $20,000 with this grapple in 1 year."

From February 2, 2019
"Just sold my 4052m with my EA grapple and picked up this 4066r cabbed with no EA grapple. ☹️ Travis was my 1st call. Lol. IMO tractors with FEL and no grapple are a lot like losing both your thumbs.... Thanks again Travis"

When he got his brand new 66" dual lid hooked up, yesterday, March 4...
"And back to work i go. . Thank you EA family. Got mine in less than a month!"

Travis,

Thank you for the photos . . . now if you only had a Single Lid 54" on a 4052R with Cab, photo front views, in JD green, then, I think, that would seal the deal. :drink:
